Why is it that when my treadmill shows 1 mile my Versa shows .75 of a mile. I walk a 15 minute mile at 4mph on the treadmill & my Fitbit registered .75.

The treadmill is more likely to be accurate, but fitness machines have been known to be off! The tracker bases your distance on the number of steps multiplied by your stride length. Go HERE for how to measure and reset your stride length. Let us know how you go. Be aware that yiur stride length will vary depending on speed and incline, so the Fitbit's  distance will probably never be exact.
