Brand new piece of junk (Versa)wont work....tapping screen or swiping does nothing. Restarting does nothing. Cannot use Fitbit connect on Nacbook Pro as Versa not supported.

If anyone has a solution before I return this waste of money, please let me know.

Hello @makhalle04 what is a Nacbook Pro, and does it have built in Bluetooth 4.0 or better?

Where you able to connect the Versa to your Fitbit account?

Macbook Pro is what I meant.Fitbit Connect says Versa only on mobile devices.And when I try to connect Versa in account it does not show it.
