My fit bit versa won’t receive my txt messages or phonecall notifications!

Hi, did you activate this on your Versa? Press the left button for about two sec and you will get the activity screen. If notifications are disabled, press on it and they will be enabled. After that, got to the setting of your Versa, scroll down to Notifications, press it and swtich notifications on, you can choose to enable them during daytime and disable them during the night. After that, restart your Versa.

Done all said & restarted the versa but still I can’t receive notifications on my versa..

Hi, now we go to the Fitbit app. On the dashboard press the watch Icon and you will see the page with Clock Faces. etc. Scroll down to notifications and press it. Look for all the notifications you have enabled and disable them. Restart your Fitbit app, go to notifications and enable whatever you want to receive. What you also can do, is what I wrote before, but not restart Fitbit app, but close it and restart your phone and then open Fitbit app again. Hope this helps.
