My versa won't charge, it don't even light up while on the charger, the battery died and when I put it on the charger it won't even connect to start charging.

Hi @LynetteMcKenney Try restarting itnseveral times. If that doesnt help then contact Support.

I sent an email on the other site.. But, my Versa won't come on, not sure
if it's charged since it won't come on, one after I held the back and
bottom button the Fitbit symbol came on then went off and stayed a dark
screen. It's only 6mo old
