Versa2 - How to deactivate notifications/reminders?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have switched off all notifications in the phone app, but I'm getting notifications telling me I should move etc. I do not require those notifications at all.

I wouldn't even mind so much, but this happens WHILE I SLEEP, notably at midnight sometimes. How do I reliably disable these pesky notifications?

@KarinTX , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts.

The messages that you are receiving are the reminders to move.

The reminders were already turned off. Is there anything else I could do?

Also, the very intense notification/vibration I have been getting at midnight seems to come from "Boat Shoe". How do I switch that off?

@KarinTX , Thank you for your reply!

The Boat Shoe notification is for the badge you received, for making 5k steps during the day.
To turn those off, please have a look at this: How do I choose which alerts Fitbit sends me?

The other thing you could do to is to put your Versa 2 on Sleep or Don't Disturb mode during your sleep. For that just swipe down to see the quick settings.  And tap on the setting you want to change

Thank you, the sleep setting might actually help. The other suggestion probably won't, since ALL notifications except low battery have been turned off for weeks alread. I'll have to remember to turn on sleep mode. Hope that'll work.
