Versa2 does not swipe or reset

My Versa 2, that I have had since January, does not turn on the display when I push the button or move my wrist.  It shows the display only when it feels like it.  And, on those rare occasions it does turn on, it won't let me swipe screens or select icons. I have tried the soft reset several times, and I still can not swipe or press the side button to see my clock face.   And, I can not turn off the device because I can not swipe to get to settings.  Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Easier said than done...when I go to customer support and click on get support, it takes me to twitter.  Is that where I ask for support?
