Versa2 not syncing

I’m having an issue with my workweek hustle challenges syncing. I have updated my app and I don’t do any manual syncing. All the other challenges syncing but the workweek hustle. I talked to customer support they stated it could be because of the different time zones, however, my other challenges are syncing with people in other time zones. I’m just not understanding why my workweek challenges isn’t syncing. Someone please help.

@Chrissy_85 Is it all workweek hustle challenges or just a particular one? If this kind of thing happens (i.e. other challenges sync but one doesn't), it's usually an issue on the backend not your watch. I know there's no comfort in it, but the best you can probably do is... wait and start a new challenge... 😞

It’s only the Workweek Personal Best Hustle that don’t sync last one sync was December 2019. I start quite a few challenges weekly and still nothing.

@Chrissy_85 so it's always the same. Have you tried asking on of your friends to start the challenge just to see if it syncs then?

Yes they always start the challenges.

@Chrissy_85 can you confirm that it works as expected when your friends start the challenge, but it doesn't when you do? This is so bizarre...
