Versa3 not mapping out my run

Been using a Versa3 for a couple of years & I would always get a map of my runs.  This stopped working about 6 months ago.  I have uninstalled the Fitbit app from my android phone.  I do have the latest version. I have unpaired my Versa3 from my phone.  It worked for a couple of runs after but it has stopped working again. How can I fix this issue?  So frustrating
