Versa 4 shows a RED X

My Versa 4 randomly turned up. I have charged but a big red x comes up. Anyone had this issue? It’s less than a year old!

Hi @Shanny85, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with the big red x that has come up on your Versa 4.

First of all, do not unpair your Versa 4 or uninstall the Fitbit app because you might not be able to pair the device again. Instead:

- Sync in the Fitbit app: From the Today tab, tap "Devices" and then "Versa 4" and then Sync.
- If "Sync Now" doesn’t show an update banner, tap the "Devices" icon and then "Versa 4" and then "Gallery". The app should show a pop up to install the missing apps and recover the device.
- Restart your Versa 4. Refer to How do I restart my Fitbit device?
