I brought my Versa a few days ago and I open it up to put it on charge so I could set it up
when I put the versa on charge this message keeps coming up saying not enough power detected from this source
I’ve try to charge it in the computer still won’t charge
Ive try to charge it in different plugs still doesn’t charge I’ve restarted it and it still doesn’t charge

As others have stated with similar problems like your own, it's a faulty charger. Thanks for the advice I’m going to waiting until I hear back from support because I’m not spending anymore money
as you said it a faulty charger then Fitbit need to replace it at no extra cost and they actually should recall all the versa to test all the charges to make sure what is going on with them and fix the issue
