Versus screen not working properly

Yesterday my Versa screen started acting up. Sometimes it would show my screen and other times it would look faded and then finally it would just be lines. I got a message that my clock face had an error so this morning I changed the clock screen but I’m having the same problem where it’s just white lines on the screen. I tried to charge it and everything but nothing is working.

One thing to try would be to restart your device, press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs (until you see the fitbit logo).

Hey I'm having the same problems, my clocks wont load up completely and its having trouble syncing....HELP!!!!!

Same issue. Restarting doesn’t fix. The screen flutters with a halo. Help!!

Ok I called Customer Support and they suggest restarting. If that doesn’t work and your device is still under warranty they will send you a new one. 

   She asked me to respond to the Forum with this information.

Ok I held the 2 buttons for 15 sec until logo came on and it rebooted itself and all is good now thank you people!!!
