Hi all.
I just bought a versa 3 and the first time I used it for intervals, it worked perfectly. The second time, the vibrations became sporadic after the 4th interval. I used it today and the vibrations became sporadic after the 3rd interval and stopped completely after the 6th. I went into the setting to see if somehow it had switched the vibrations off and it hadn't. When I pressed either the strong or light option, it wouldn't even vibrate.
Why on earth is this happening? I went into a lot of debt to get this, partly to my display my glucose (Glance app) and partly for the interval option, which is just dead now.
How can I troubleshoot and fix this (if it can be fixed)?
Thanks.

Hi @Prawny Try restarting your wat h a few times and with a bit of lu k that will fix it. Restart your Tracker
Is the Versa 3 vibrating for anything at all? Eg when you put it on the charger, notifications, steps per hour, when you reach your daily goal? If not, it could be the vibration motor, in which case you will need to contact Fitbit Support

Hi @Prawny - a good way to test the vibrations is to set a timer for 10 seconds.
The reason is the vibrations on this watch is very weak and gets weaker as the battery level falls until it stops altogether.
The timer has the strongest of the weak vibrations.
If you are interested iin how the vibrations work try the SimpleVibrate app, it demonstrates the 8 different types.
