View map of where I walked after my walk

Hi!  How do I see a map of where I walked after I walk?  I somehow ended up with this map from April 9 and I love it!  All of my location services are on, GPS, etc.  I have an iPhone.   I’ve wasted so much time online today trying to figure it out!  I downloaded Strava and connected it, but I don’t want to have to pay for Strava. Plus, it doesn’t show the map.  HELP! And thank you!
