@Jelilah  Remove the buds from your phone's Paired Devices list and turn off Bluetooth on your phone. Now reboot Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes), reset your buds according to manufacturer's instructions and put them in a pairing mode. Try connecting to Versa again.

My problem is the volume control. The AirPods work but no amount of attempting to adjust upward works.

I succeeded in getting some music downloaded to play at an acceptable volume but its uneven. Some selections are fine, others softer, and there seems nothing on the device to control volume. A friend, not a Fitbit user, suggested the problem may be related to how some of the music was purchased, whether from Apple iTunes or not.

Benjamincaprig,

did you ever fix your volume problem? I have Bluetooth headphones connected to versa 2 working fine using the volume controls on the earbuds (tapping) but would like to use the + and - icons also on the music controls of the Versa 2.

Any ideas?

I tried this but it didn't work. Has anyone figured out how to control the volume on Versa 2? It is blasting my eardrums.
