can anybody advise how to get the end bit of the strap out of the versa? The mechanism only seems to work if you can pull on the strap to release it but as the end has broken off, I can’t seem to work out how to get it out?

@Kelly_Moss1234   Do you have any very fine or needlepoint tweezers?  If you press on the quick release button, does it come out with tweezers?

Where is the quick release button please? Just had a look and can’t see anything that obviously looks like that?

@Kelly_Moss1234   I guess it's more of a lever than a button.  If you tap on your device/battery icon > Versa 4 > tap on the pink How To Use tile > change out your band, you can see an animation on how to operate it.  I usually gently press on the spring loaded lever with my fingernail to release the band.
