so i have had this watch for about a week now and it has been a headache since day one. It will not sync, it only receives notifications when it wants, it will not receive calls. And now it has done a factory reset and will not go past the "download app screen" and i cant create a new account with the same email!! I love the watch but really want to take a hammer to it right now.

Hi, a Factory Reset does just what it says: putting your Versa back to the settings when it still is the factory and never been sold. You have to setup your Versa all over again. Go to the Fitbit app, press add device and choose Versa. If the "old" is still present in the Fitbit app, it will ask you if this one has to be replaced and click yes and continue the setup. Maybe this will solve your syncing problem. You really do not need to create a new account to do this. Good luck!
