When I add water intake in my Fitbit Versa the total amount of water is not displayed, instead it just displays the latest log. I cannot see any water intake on my mobile device either.
Do I do something wrong or is there an issue?
(I'm new to the Versa)

You're not doing anything wrong. Please sync your device multiple times in order to log the water on your account.
Where aren't you able to see your water on your mobile device? Please force quit your app and restart your phone.
