Water logs not syncing

Trying to use the waterlogged app to remind me to drink water.  But it will not sync with my so plus.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're experiencing syncing difficulties overall with your Versa 2 and the Samsung Galaxy S9+ or just with water logs? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa 2 following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
