I entered my water on my versa. It will not update in my app. I tried putting it in my app, it shows up on the log and not the dashboard. I’d try deleting the app but it says I will loose all my data if I do that. Please help.

That is a known issue. Try uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone and then reinstalling the app.

That hadn’t worked. Is this a problem they plan on solving?
