Weather App not working

Similar to what others have said, my weather app not only won’t sync (even with Location set to Always), it won’t even accept the name of the city I enter when trying to set it up. When I enter Boston or Boston MA, the cog just spins for a few seconds then stops with nothing happening. I restarted the Versa, rebooted my iPhone, same thing. So then I went to delete the App so I could re-install it, but I don’t see the Remove button anywhere, so I can’t even do that!  What the heck Fitbit? Any help would be appreciated.

So I went into a chat session with Fitbit, and they solved the problem, which was to simply install the latest version of iOS! It worked after that.
