I cannot get the AccuWeather app on my FB to sync. When I tap the weather icon it reads: "Sync the FitBiy mobile app to update" but nothing happens. I've reached out with "Chat" but it's been a waste of my time. Any suggestions out there?

Is the Versa syncing with your phone? The weather won't show unless it is.

Yes, my iPhone does sync with my Fitbit Versa Lite but I cannot get the weather app to sink!
