Weather ap won’t work Versa

I’ve just bout a Fitbit Versa, I can’t get the weather ap to work. It says I need to go to my mobile app, I managed to add a city and save it but it won’t let me add anymore and just gets stuck trying to search eg I tried London but nothing. It won’t even show my current location on my watch. I have all day synch on and location sharing all the time, all the toggles are set to on in permissions. Using an iPhone Xs. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Typo ^ bought

 

I’ve tried rebooting the Fitbit and also shutting it down via the settings ap in the phone.
