Weather app stopped working

Hi, 

My weather app has stopped working. I have tried all the trouble shooting as recommended. Still not working.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the Weather app has stopped working. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. Please confirm if you've tried the following:

 

  1. Confirm that the Weather app is setup correctly: How do I set up and troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit watch?
  2. Please make sure to manually sync the device.
  3. Try turning Bluetooth Off and On on your phone. 
  4. Leave Fitbit app running in the background of your phone.

If the issue persists, please let me know if you receive any error message or provide the additional details of the issue, I will be glad to investigate further.

I’ve done all the troubleshooting and still am not getting weather in my versa.  Now what?
