Weather apps not working on my Versa

I am having trouble with the weather app on my Versa.  the Weather App tells me to sync my Fitbit to the mobile app to update.  I've had this message fore several weeks now, I've synced my Versa many time since the error code showed up, without updating the weather app.

did everything in the article.  app is still not working.

I’ve got a versa 2 - the weather appt was working when I first purchased it. But it hasn’t been working for the past few weeks. I’ve try suggestion - no change 😞 can you please help?
