My Fitbit versa seems to calculate my data all day on the watch and seems to be syncing to the app but then my weekly progress reports don’t seem to show data for most if not all days.

Hi @hwagner1987, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for letting us know that your Versa and Fitbit app are showing your data accurately.
Please keep in mind that our system submits weekly report totals between Sunday night (11:59P) and early Monday morning. In order for our system to generate a complete week’s worth of data in a weekly report, the tracker must sync by Sunday night or early Monday morning to be included in the weekly report. Reports are sent out Mondays and continue through Tuesday of every week.
To get the most accurate information on your report, as mentioned, it'll be necessary to sync at the night-time on Sunday, as the data is taken from Monday through the last sync any time Sunday. Otherwise it will close and carry over reporting the data only from the last time it synced. In this case you can definitely contact Support, so they can take a look into your account and confirm my findings. They can check when was the last sync of your Fitbit and see why you got different results.
