Weights workout data changed in Fitbit app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Does anyone know why when you manually select a weights workout the data in the app at the top of the workout now shows miles, minutes, and pace instead of minutes, calories, and average BPM like it used to?

Miles, minutes, and pace are useless to me for tracking weight training, so is there a way to change it back that I couldn’t figure out?

Thanks

Was the workout already recorded and then you changed it to weights or did you add the activity?

I selected "weights" from the watch before beginning the workout.

Hey...i had the same problem.

It was annoying me so much but I finally figured it out today while i was playing around with my fitbit versa watch after a workout.

I came on this forum to search how to rectify the problem but i only could see that u had the same problem and as me.

Anyway this is the only way to change the settings for every exercise that u want to do.

Step 1 - Go to EXERCISE on ur fitbit versa watch

Step 2 - Scroll across to Workout and then click on the little settings icon on the top left hand corner of ur watch screen

Step 3 - Turn off show laps

Step 4 - Scroll down and click on CUSTOMIZE STATS. This will take u to the section where u will be able to control the 3 stats that u want the fitbit community to see wen u post a workout.  U will see TOP STATS, MIDDLE STATS and BOTTOM STATS. And this is where u select the stats (heart rate, distance, calories etc.) that u see wen u share ur workout. Lap time is the same as distance in the settings for workout

NOTE

U will have to repeat all of the above wen ever u decide to track a new workout bocs the settings goes back to its original settings .

And u can customise the stats for weights, run, bike, treadmill and all the other exercises too by following the same steps

Thank you, I'll try this tonight! It was so frustrating at first, but then I just gave up on finding a solution since it's been so long. Much appreciated!
