I have been gifted 2 fitbits and need some help to identify the models. I don't have the chargers so can't turn on to look up model number. I have enclosed pictures. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @Bangmanscott and welcome to the Community.  Your top model is not a Fitbit.  This Walmart ad shows the back side of a Versa Lite.  Please notice the differences between the sensors and what looks like the charging contacts.  The Versa and Versa 2 have a similar sensor/charging contact configuration.  Also notice the text that is around the charging contacts.  Notice how is says, "Designed by Fitbit."  That text is on the back of the Versa, Versa 2, and Versa Lite.  All Fitbits have the Fitbit logo somewhere.  Sometimes it's in that crevice when you take off the band.

Your lower option looks like a Charge 3 or a Charge 4.  The Charge 3 has a metal frame as part of the pebble.  The Charge 4 pebble is all plastic, because it had built in GPS.  This is important, because they use two different chargers.  I own both of these models and I can't tell if your pebble is metal or plastic.

I think - and could be wrong - the square one on top is the Versa Lite.

Hi @Bangmanscott - often the clue can be found with the charger that comes with it.

The one with a 2 pin magnetic charge cable isn't a Fitbit.

The other may be but perhaps see how the charger is compared to those found online for each similar looking model.

Thanks for your reply, the lower one does have a metal frame so seems likely that it is a charge 3. It also has fitbit written on the pebble. I have ordered a charger for it, to see if it still works.

It seems likely that the top one is not a fitbit as i have found no markings anywhere on the casing to say that it is a fitbit.

Thanks very much for your help.
