What Fitbit do I have?

Hi, I recently found a Fitbit on the ground. I left it hanging near there to see if anyone would come back for it, but it didn't move for a month or so. I'm trying to work out if it works but don't want to buy a charger only to find it doesn't. Also, wouldn't know what type of charger to get as not sure of the model. Have attached pictures of the front and back for I.D. it also doesn't have buttons on the side, just indentations. Think it's a versa but not sure what version

Hello @VickyTTT and welcome to the Community.  If it has an indentation, not a real button, then it is a Versa 3.  To be complete, you only need to know that to try to set it up.  The Versa 3 and 4 use the same charger.  Third party chargers seem to work well, so I don't think there is any reason to buy the (more expensive) Fitbit brand.

If it charges, I'm pretty sure you need to do a factory reset to add it to your account.  Here is a link to all the User Manuals so you can read the Versa 3 manual for instructions.
