What calories am I actually burning? What am I supposed to be referencing?

I have a fitbit versa 2. I hope my question makes sense. I'll try and explain further. I'm trying to figure out what calories I am burning when active. When I click on heart rate, it'll show Exercise Zone: fat burn minutes, cardio minutes, etc and it will say for example: Calories 427. When I click on Activity, it'll show what I've done like a Walk. When I click on walk it says Energy Burned: 546. What calories am I burning? Thanks guys!

I can't quite picture where you numbers are showing, but maybe you are seeing like 546 calories for the whole walk, and the 427 was for the time in your heart rate zones.  Also don't take the name "fat burn zone" literally to think that means you are necessarily burning fat in that zone, and not so in other zones - that an unfortunate throwback to how those zones originally got named.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
