What do you do when your Fitbit stops working?

Had my Fitbit about 2 years now. Out of nowhere the button became very hard to push and get the screen active. Fitbit support was just about as unhelpful and uncaring as any company I've ever dealt with. No effort to troubleshoot, very quickly tried to end conversations with me and just offered me 25% discount for a new one. My wife has already sworn off Fitbits for good and bought a way cheaper alternative after 3 that died within a year or so. I'm just frustrated with mine. Anyone had the button issue? Seems to work fine otherwise, but it's difficult to get the screen. Anyone fixed one themselves before? I really don't want to buy another. I'll probably look at alternatives if it comes to that. The quality of the products and more so customer service and seemingly unwillingness to stand by their products has soured me

Hello @DoesntMatterCuz and welcome to the Community.  You didn't mention what model you use.  You might get some help from a fellow user.

I started using MobileTrack on my phone when my last Fitbit died. Worked great until today when my active minutes no longer show. Tired of all the changes…

@DoesntMatterCuz  I moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatch forum, a better fit for your issue.  Fitbit doesn't have any recommendations for a stuck button.  You can search that forum and see if someone helped another user.  You can also edit your title and mention that you have a Versa 2 with a stuck button.  It might help you get an answer.

My advice?? Follow your wife's lead.... I'm close to ditching them myself after my 2nd one -- less than a year old -- has been nothing but problems after fitbit bricked my first one. They don't tell you that THEY cause them to stop working whenever they arbitrarily choose to.
