I've been having intermittent problems with my Versa 2 for the last month or more. It syncs when it wants to, not all the time. I'm charging it 2 or more times a week -- do not have on screen display, next to zero app usage on watch which is basically just used for messages (when they come thru anyhow), fitbit watchface....and it's not even a year old. I stopped paying for premium because I've had non stop issues from the start and refuse to replace it at my expense minus a teeny tiny discount. I got a second Versa 2 -- after loving my first one until it got bricked over a year ago by fitbit because I apparently had it long enough for THEIR liking, not mine -- as a gift last Christmas. Which I gave to a friend who only wanted to use it as a watch since that was the only function left on it and sure as anything, they decided to connect it to the app and it's worked flawlessly since (thanks fitbit!).
Anyhow, is anyone else having unbelievable issues with their Versa 2 as well?? I'm highly disgusted after my experience this past 11 months and quite frankly have been putting serious thought into ditching fitbit for good.

Hi @Jadusica75 - the issues you have may have been Settings related and more recently the new v4 Fitbit App which has syncing problems, or even phone related.
Try clearing up things by restarting the watch and phone as a first step. Hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Also check your Quick Settings to make sure nothing has got changed incorrectly.
