Whatsapp text notifications stopped in iOS 13

After updating my iphone to iOS 13, my versa stopped showing whatsapp message notification.

Call notification are coming but not the message notification. Tried restarting but no help.

Any help is much appreciated.

@akashfdo I am assuming whatsapp is not the only notifications you have stopped receiving. correct? This is due to change in bluetooth introduced by apple in iOS13. Fitbit is aware of this issue and working on the fix. This will be addressed with the fitbit mobile update. Thx

I do not have many notifications enabled. From the list of notifications enabled in my device, only WhatsApp text notification is not coming. Whatsapp calls are showing up in my watch and Phone calls and text messages are showing up perfectly. Only WhatsApp text notification is not showing up.

@akashfdo are the notifications for WhatsApp showing in the notification centre on iPhone? Go to your phone settings and disable and re-enable the notifications for WhatsApp. Sync and reboot.

Yes, My Phone shows the notification but not my versa. Tried disabling and enabling. restarted both phone and versa. but nothing is working.

Hi, it is a problem that Fitbit already knows. I had the same problem (only with an android phone).

This was their respons.. so now we only have to wait for the new update..:

1. Update the Fitbit app.
2. Tap the Settings app on your iPhone > Bluetooth.
3. Tap the "i" icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
4. Turn on Share System Notifications.
5. Tap Settings in the top-left to return to the Settings page > Notifications.
6. For Phone and Calendar, make sure Allow Notifications and Notification Center are on.
7. For Messages, make sure Allow Notifications is on, Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners are on, and Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked.

@brennyraas This one is entirely on Apple...Sorry. Their change and no communication released to developers... So like no... FYI, remove your credit cards as new iOS13 is leaking them to random people.

Recently I received a firmware update and my phone fitbit app 3.7 (872) and my versa shows Version 32.68.9.15 and still the issue exists.

@akashfdo The firmware update is being rolled out. You're still on the old one judging by the version number. Update as soon as it is available to you. Hopefully it will resolve this issue.

Just updated to the version 68.9.15, still not receiving watsapp notifications.
