Hiya

 

When I touch to wake, my watch keeps going a little crazy and trying to input loads of pins on its own. As a result it keeps locking. What can I do about this?

That sounds odd! Try restarting it several times and see if it behaves better. If not, then try a factory reset (settings app in the watch, and scroll down to About.

How do I restart the watch and how do I reset the watch if I can’t use the watch? Sorry - I’m a little confused by your answer.
