Hi
I just ordered the Versa 2 with petal strap. It shows on backorder. No estimated time of delivery showing. Contacted fitbit they are unable to say when it will ship. What is the average backorder time?

Hi. Thanks. They did respond but could glean no more information than I could from my order dashboard regarding a shipping date. Hence the post.
NB I can see on the website it now shows orders for that model will be shipped by 11th September. Looking forward to receiving my new fitbit 😊
Update - received notification that's it is in the post! Whoop! Backorder time wasn't long at all! Hope this reassures others! Thanks fitbit!
