My Versa started forming a white area around the edge of the screen. It looks like it is expanding towards the center of the screen. My device is out of warranty, so Fitbit won’t cover this even though it seems to be a common issue, according to the message board. Anyone have success getting Fitbit to fix this? They offered me a discount on a new device, but my device is only a little over a year old. I’m not a happy customer.
