Why is the water intake log not logging any water entered?

Water in take log on versa lite is no longer adding any water.   Please get this fixed… it seems to be a common problem.  
it stopped working august 8, 25 

the app is pricey and it would be nice to get all we pay for here.

Hi @tfarm    Can you please clarify something?  Are you asking about logging directly from your Versa Lite screen or from the Fitbit app?  The Versa Lite is an older model and it hasn’t received any updates recently.  I’m trying to understand your issue a little better.

I am logging on to the fit bit app on my phone. Zero water shows in the
graph and weekly lists.
It does show on the tiday, yesterday etc, pages.
I don’t log anything on the versa at all.

@tfarm   Do you use an Android or iPhone?  App issues are usually limited to one platform, not both.  Please try deleting, then reinstalling the Fitbit app.  App updates come out frequently.  @MarioSFitbit mentioned version 4.50, but I have v 4.51 on my iPhone.
