Starting this week my Fitbit VersaVis not connecting to WiFi. When I go to the WiFi settings in the app all I get is a spinning circle. I have followed the trouble shooting steps to ensure my internet connection is good. I have also told Bluetooth on my device to forget my Fitbit. I still cannot get WiFi settings to open in the app. Just a spinning wheel.

Hi,in order to connect your Versa to WiFi is must be in the charger and connected to PC/Laptop. If you have done that, go to the WiFi settings in your Fitbit app, press it and you see your network's name. Click the white icon on the right side of it and Fitbit will start making the connection. After having this established, the icon turn to blue and says connected. After that your Versa is connected to WiFi. You can check that by going to the settings on your Versa, press it, scroll down to device info, press that and scroll down to IP Adress and it should show the IP of your home's network.

@ajninasop1 once the Versa has been setup to connect to your wifi there should be no reason to set it up again .
As @SunsetRunner states when placing the Versa into its powered up charger WiFi will be turned on. At this time the music streaming will be updated along with any app updates .
As for Bluetooth this has nothing to do WiFi .

Hello and thank you for your response. I did all those things. In the end I just uninstalled the Fitbit app, restarted my phone and installed the Fitbit app again and it's working fine now.
