Wifi connection

 Wanting to down load music to my Versa without success, I checked settings and see that my wifi is 'off'. There seems to be no way to turn it on. Any ideas as to what I can do?

Hi, if you want WiFi to be on, the Versa has to be in the charger and connected to PC. Go to the Fitbit app and to the clock Face page and scroll down to WiFi settings. Click on it and see whether your network is in the list. If yes, click on the icon on the right side of the screen to connect with it,. wait for a few secs and it should say connected and the icon turn from white to blue.

Thank you for the advice. So, is it the case that wifi is only connected
when the Versa is in the charger?

Hi, yes. Versa has to stay in the charger and connected toPC in order to enable WiFi and stay connected.
