Im absolutely gutted that my xmas present is about to be sent back never been able to sync properly since been opened.... Managed once!!! Tried everything thats been suggested on here still not working So im now lwft with no watch at all. Thanks fitbit!!!

Apparently after hours trying to sort and live chat it may or may not be my phone. No mention of this being an issue on the box when buying .. In the process of being sent back. Terrible customer service and i will not be wantimg to purchase fit bit products again
