Wifi won't connect

My phone and text messages notification will not sync. The app states that the Wi-Fi is not set up but I can't seem to get it to set up. Each time I try to set it up it comes back with an error message.

I have to disable all other Bluetooth & wi-fi enabled devices connected to my phone to get Versa Wi-Fi to sync.

 

Check your Versa is visibly paired with you phone.

 

If you have the FitBit W-Fi dongle? Remove it from your laptop/Mac.

 

Wi-Fi setup will not work via the dongle as it never has for me. https://www.fitbit.com/uk/shop/accessories/wireless-sync-dongle

 

Only 1 instance of FitBit dashboard will be open 'Versa must be connected to 1 dedicated device being your phone' or you will get conflicts causing connectivity issues & failed connect to Wi-Fi.

 

Go to FitBit app on your phone.

 

Settings - Versa - Wi-Fi settings 'set up W-Fi' - follow on screen prompts. May take several attempts until you succeed.

 

1st attempt ? Re-pair Versa with your device as 9/10 2nd attempt will work. If not repeat until it does.
