Will the Versa 1 support the latest updates to use apps such as Spotify? I have checked and it says my Versa 1 is up to date, however I can't download newer apps such as spotify

Hi there @zigzag27, welcome to the Community Forums. 

Regarding your inquiry, please note that Versa is running the same firmware update as Versa Lite and Versa 2, except for Versa 3 that is running a different version which won't be available for the other Versa Smartwatches. 

We release firmware updates to all customers in phases. The update will be available to everyone , and a banner will appear in the app when you can install the update. If you don’t see the banner yet, check the app again later. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
