Will not sync, device not found

I bought a versa right after they came out and prior to that I had a blaze that I had worn for about a year and a half which never gave me any trouble at all. Recently I checked my Fitbit app and saw that it had not synced since October 23rd. I have tried absolutely everything. Resetting things, turning them on and off, clearing all my bluetooth data, etc. I have followed every single recommendation for fixing this issue with no improvement.  I can't get notifications on my Fitbit which is half the reason I use it. I've basically had a really expensive watch on my arm for the last 2 weeks since it is not doing anything its supposed to do as a $250 fitness tracker. I feel like the bluetooth on the versa is broken. Will the company replace a faulty, defective device? My phone is a Samsung S9+.

@Oleander15 Have you tried syncing your versa with other device, e.g. tablet, computer, other phone? I found out that sometimes when my versa gets "clogged", it helps to sync it with something else. Also, this would allow you to retrieve you data in case you need to perform a factory reset (wipe versa).

I will try that now. I have another phone I can try to sync it to.

Matt I ask what model phone you are having problems with?

It would be helpful.

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Try these troubleshooting steps if your device is not syncing

I'm not sure what could get "clogged" but if you try a different device make sure the Bluetooth on the current device is turned off.
To try a different device, simply install the Fitbit app and log in, the app will then try and sync.
