So I have a Versa that is paired with my IPhone 7 plus and using the Fitbit app on it. As of today, everything works as it should.
I then downloaded the Windows 10 app to my computer so I could also use do things on my computer (add music etc).
The problem I am having is that my computer does not seem to find my versa. It looks for it but never connects. I have even tried downloading a Fitbit app to my Versa through the computer with no luck. They are both on the same network in my house.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Did you disconnect your Versa from your mobile phone before connecting it to the PC?

If you mean, did I turn Bluetooth off on my phone, then yes I did. I also logged out of the app on my phone.

I have trouble with my Versa lately every time I go to charge via my Windows10 laptop. Eventually it does sync, but it seems I have to turn off my Computer first. I just tried re-start, sometimes work, but this time did not. I turned off Bluetooth option on my iPhone SE and that didn't work. Then I turned off the Cellular Data on Fitbit on iPhone, and now I was able to sync. Not sure which combination worked, but it is frustrating to have to do any of these every time.

I guess no help from Fitbit on this?
