Won’t connect

I can't Find anywhere that this problem has been resolved. Versa  suddenly stopped syncing with phone. Removed Versa  from app. Deleted app. Reloaded app. Tried to connect. Get the com.fitbit.http 400 error message. Have turned off Bluetooth and turned back on. Have turned off Versa  and back on. Several times. Won’t connect on computer either. It’s been 2 days. None of the trouble shooting in any forum works. WiFi signal is strong. Battery is full. Is this fitbit’s Way of trying to get me to buy a new one? It’s less than a year old!

that's because it hasn't - I haven't read of one person who, when this started happening, was able to reliably fix it. I'm waiting for my replacement - but not at all confident I'll get more than six months off it before I start looking for a new fitness tracker. Fitbit has basically bailed on the Versa - it's a defective product that has a useful life of about 6-8 months.

Is fitbit sending you a free replacement?

Same here. It won’t connect to my other phone, tablet, or bfs phone. I’m assuming it’s done for! It’ll act like it’s starting to sync to work again but it only goes halfway and that’s it!

So I gave up and quit wearing mine. The battery went dead. After two weeks, I charged it, and it connected no problem. It has been fine ever since.

Maybe I'll let mine run completely down and connect again.  But it has quit syncing and is now a hour behind.  A real pain in the **ahem** I can't rely on it anymore.
