I am trying to set up my versa with the app and it finds it but wont connect to it. It was connected but it got unpaired and i can get it to do it again.

Unpair is when the tracker is removed from the phones Bluetooth, and does not require setting up again.
If it was removed from the Fitbit account, we still have to unpair from the phone.
After removing the tracker from the phones Bluetooth. Let's try again and report back with the step of failure and any error messages.
