I purchased Redmi k20 that was launched just recently. I have a fitbit versa gifted by my sister. While I am to receive call notifications, I am unable to receive notifications for messages, mail, WhatsApp etc. I have tried all possible solutions provided by fitbit. Please suggest

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

Hi,

My phone's not on list and works ok.

Latest versions of android turn off apps running in background to save battery have tech support asked you check that apps you want notification from can run in background, if not check and turn them on if off.
