Wrong time

I am unable to get my Versa to show the correct time. On the 24 hour display it is 12 slow, so showing 07.47 when it should be 19.47. I’ve tried everything I can find, please help

Have you checked your timezone in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

 

That's also the place to check that the 12 / 24 hour clock setting is correct
