Since the recent zone minutes update my resting heart rate is registering as about 68 bpm average. Before the update it was 61/62 sometimes even 58 or 59 occasionally. So my cardio score had finally moved up from 32 - 36 to 33-37. It might not seem like a lot but I worked hard for a long time to increase my fitness and was so pleased when it finally increased....and now it has dropped back because my resting heart rate is so much higher. Having read the explanation about how it all works it seems to be directly connected to resting heart rate....what about the 2 hours plus I route march 12 km each morning or my 5km runs which I couldn't do before. A run was enough to temporarily increase cardio score in the past.

This happened to me too. My resting HR has gone up 3-8 bpm.
