I have used the versa for ~2 months and finding finding the device is very inaccurate...
5K(3mi.) run shows 1.37miles and 3700 step...
go to a movie theater and it told me I was asleep for 90 minutes...
heart rate rarely matches rate from treadmill...
yet my iphone apple health app was spot on correct.
Are others having the same problem? or did I get a defective watch?
Best Answer@teminator If your GPS gets killed during your run, it could happen. If the movie was boring and your heart rate was near resting HR (and you didn't move much), it could happen. Treadmill and bike HR monitors are not particularly accurate. There are posts here of people comparing heart rate captured by Versa with the strap. Mine seems to be accurate as well.

Best Answer@teminator Can you please elaborate re activity tracking? You mentioned running and GPS issues, but what about walking, auto-recognition etc? Also, after completing your run, can you see the map in the Fitbit mobile app? Is it complete? Does it miss anything or are there any weird straight lines?
