Versa not detecting pool length while swimming

Hello 

ive tried using my Versa twice now for swimming and it doesn’t count any of my lengths. I do the same stroke and I am pausing but making sure it isn’t too long a pause. I have read through all the information that’s on here but mine just doesn’t seem to register anything. I have.put in the length of the pool on the settings is there anything else I need to do? Thanks

@Sarahh123  Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't detecting your pool length. You can find instructions on how this feature works here. Additionally you can find great tips other users have shared here especially the one that notes that you need to touch the wall every time so it properly detects your laps and turning on the swim detection.
